Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with Bio-Rad Laboratories, Inc., Hercules, CA (originally approved by G&C on 6/24/20, Item #36), for continued maintenance and repair services for laboratory instruments at the New Hampshire Public Health Laboratory, by exercising a renewal option by increasing the price limitation by $27,792 from $40,002 to $67,794 and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2023 to June 30, 2026.
