Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with M.E. Latulippe Construction, Inc., Rumney, NH, on the basis of a low bid of $905,725, for bridge preservation of BR No. 079/156 in Landaff, BR No. 105/063 in Rumney and BR No. 203/088 in Thornton. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $90,572.50 for payment of latent conditions, which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through November 1, 2024. 100% Federal Funds
