Description
Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Continental Paving, Inc., Londonderry, NH, on the basis of a low bid of $1,975,690.25, for roadway resurfacing of two sections of Tier 2 roads in Rindge, Jaffrey and New Ipswich in District 4. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $98,784, for payment of latent conditions, which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through July 26, 2024. 100% Federal Funds
