Description
Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Pike Industries, Inc., Belmont, NH, on the basis of a low bid of $1,964,650.65, for resurfacing of various Tier 3 and 4 roadways in District 3 in the Towns of Conway and Chatham. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $196,455.07 for payment of latent conditions, which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through October 20, 2023. 100% Other Funds
