Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Annseal, Inc., Johnson City, NY, on the basis of a single bid of $340,431.61, for crack sealing of 17.9 miles of pavement on four sections of roadway in seven towns in Districts 2 and 4, Sunapee, New London, Jaffrey, Peterborough, Fitzwilliam, Troy, and Temple. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $34,043.16 for payment of latent conditions, which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through September 29, 2023. 100% Federal Funds
