Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with RJ Olszak Construction, Inc. d/b/a All-Ways Wrecking, Bridgewater, NH, on the basis of a single bid of $825,000, for expansion and repurposing of the existing paved area, formerly used by the DMV for commercial vehicle inspection, to accommodate CDL testing at the Southbound Rest Area/Weight Station north of Exit 18 on Rt. 89. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $82,500 for payment of latent conditions, which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through October 20, 2023. 100% Other Funds
