Authorize, with the Department of Health and Human Services, the Office of the Commissioner, to enter into a cooperative project agreement with TRN Digital LLC d/b/a TrnDigital, Boston, MA, in the amount of $250,000, as detailed in the letter dated June 14, 2023, for the development, implementation, and maintenance services of an enterprise intranet solution using Microsoft SharePoint.
