Description
Authorize, with the Department of Health and Human Services, to enter into a sole source amendment with MatrixCare, Inc., Bloomington, MN (originally approved by G&C on 4/23/14, Item #34E), by increasing the price limitation by $31,008 from $283,293 to $314,301, for the purpose of continued hosting, operations, support, and maintenance for both the Glencliff Electronic Health Records Enhancement system and the New Hampshire Hospital’s MealTracker System and to extend the contract completion date from June 30, 2023 to June 30, 2024. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Other Funds (Agency Class 27 used by DHHS to reimburse DoIT is 43% Federal Funds, 57% General Funds)
