Description
Authorize to proceed with the sale and issuance of up to $10 million of general obligation bonds through a private placement with the New Hampshire Municipal Bond Bank (NHMBB) should the NHMBB choose to proceed with a new money issue and/or a refunding issue. This resolution will have an expiration date of December 31, 2023. Effective upon G&C approval.
