Description
Authorize to enter into a contract with Smith, Alvarez, Sienkiewycz Architects, P.C., Burlington, VT, in an amount not to exceed $1,000,000 for professional architectural services for the planning and design of various projects as necessary and required by the Department. Effective upon G&C approval for the period of July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2025, with the option to renew for two additional one-year periods.
