Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract, with Waypoint, Manchester, NH (originally approved by G&C on 9/15/21, Item #43), for parental assistance services, contingent upon acceptance of the Memorandum of Understanding from the Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Public Health Community Collaboration to support the continuation of family focused parenting curriculums for incarcerated men and women participating in the Family Connections Center programs by increasing the price limitation by $152,117.76 from $144,880 to $296,997.76 and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2023 to June 30, 2025. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Transfer from Other Agency Funds (DHHS)
