Authorize to amend an American Rescue Plan Act and Drinking Water and Groundwater Trust Fund grant to the Emerald Lake Village District, Hillsborough, NH (originally approved by G&C on 8/17/22, Item #45, archived document ), by reducing the grant by $300,000 from $3,432,500 to $3,132,500 for the Meetinghouse Water Treatment Plant Project. Effective upon G&C approval through June 1, 2027. This is a grant reduction. (2) Further authorize to amend an American Rescue Plan Act and Drinking Water and Groundwater Trust Fund grant to the Emerald Lake Village District, Hillsborough, NH (originally approved by G&C on 10/4/23, Item #77, archived document ), by increasing the grant limitation by $300,000 from $315,000 to $615,000, and extending the completion date from December 1, 2025 to June 1, 2027, for the Hummingbird Water Treatment Plant Project.
