Authorize the Division of Parks and Recreation, Bureau of Trails to retroactively enter into a no-cost agreement with the US Army Corps of Engineers, New England District by license agreement to construct, operate and maintain a snowmobile trail system, over, across, in an upon lands known as Franklin Falls Dam Project, Blackwater Dam Project, Hopkinton Everett Lakes Project, Edward MacDowell Lake Project, and Surry Mountain Lake Project in areas already used informally as part of a trail system. Effective upon G&C approval for the period October 1, 2022 through September 30, 2027.
