Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to a Lease Agreement with McCarthy Properties, West Wareham, MA (originally approved by G&C on 9/21/22, Item #78), by increasing the total price limitation by $617,095.34 from $3,830,371.68 to $4,447,467.02, with no change to the original end date, and by increasing the total square footage occupied by 4,347 from 25,217 to 29,564 square feet of office space for the Department’s headquarters located at 172 Pembroke Road, Concord, NH. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2032. 15% Federal Funds, 85% General Funds.
