Authorize to execute a sole source amendment to the Agreement with GZA GeoEnvironmental, Inc., Norwood, MA (originally approved by G&C on 11/10/21, Item #37), by increasing the contract by $267,444.87 from $78,345.51 to $345,790.38, for the preparation of design drawings, specifications, and bid documents to pursue a construction contract to rehabilitate the measurement flume at Lakeport Dam, Laconia, NH and to extend the completion date of the Agreement from June 30, 2023 to June 30, 2025. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% American Rescue Plan Act Funds
