Description
Authorize to retroactively amend a Memorandum of Agreement with the Fish and Game Department (originally approved by G&C 10/12/21, Item #72C) to extend the duration of the agreement from April 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023, and to adjust the budget between cost categories for the feasibility study to evaluate improvements and upgrades of fish production operations. Effective upon G&C approval for the period of April 1, 2023 through December 31, 2023. This is a no cost time extension only. 100% Federal Funds
