Authorize to execute a sole source amendment to a contract with Normandeau Associates, Inc., Bedford, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6/16/21, Item #106), to (a) add a task to conduct a protected instream flow study of the designated Isinglass River, (b) increase the contract award by $174,055 from $254,067 to $428,122, and (c) extend the project expiration date from September 30, 2023 to December 31, 2025.
