Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to a contract with Wright-Pierce, Topsham, ME (originally approved by G&C on 8/3/16, Item #48), for continued engineering and construction oversight services for the Winnipesaukee River Basin Program (WRBP), by increasing the contract amount by $700,000 from $650,000 to $1,350,000, and extending the contract completion date from June 30, 2023 to June 30, 2025.
