Authorize to approve a loan agreement with the Pembroke Water Works, Pembroke, NH in the amount not to exceed $4,500,000 to finance water system improvements to remediate per – and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS), under the provisions of RSA 486:14 and NH Code of Administrative Rules Env-Dw 1100 et seq. Effective upon G&C approval. 22.22% Drinking Water State Revolving Loan Fund (DWSRF) BIL Funds, 77.78% DWSRF Repayment Funds. (2) Further authorize to approve a loan agreement with the Pembroke Water Works, Pembroke, NH in the amount not to exceed $4,158,000 to finance water system improvements to remediate PFAS. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% PFAS Response Funds. (3) Further authorize a grant agreement with the Pembroke Water Works, Pembroke, NH in the amount not to exceed $1,782,000 to finance water system improvements to remediate PFAS.
