Authorize the New Hampshire Connecticut River Valley Resource Commission (CRVRC) to enter into a sole source agreement with the Connecticut River Joint Commissions Inc., Lebanon, NH, in the amount of $60,000, to provide administration, management, and program assistance for the CRVRC.
