Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to enter into a retroactive amendment to a grant agreement with the Town of Durham, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6/14/23, Item #152, archived document ), to complete their emergency generator project by extending the completion date from September 18, 2025 to September 18, 2026. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds
