Authorize to accept and expend Federal Funds from the American Rescue Plan Act State Fiscal Recovery Funds in the amount of $7,000,000, to offset costs associated with capital improvements of the Crotched Mountain School campus buildings and facilities. (2) Further authorize to allocate funds in the account as detailed in the letter dated June 15, 2023. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2025. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on June 23, 2023.
