Authorize the Division of Learner Support, Bureau of Adult Education to enter into a contract with America’s Youth Teenage Unemployment Reduction Network d/b/a My Turn, Manchester, NH, in an amount not to exceed $361,850.55, to provide adult education and literacy programs as defined under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act of 2014.
