Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to enter into a grant agreement with the Town of Enfield, NH, for an amount not to exceed $75,000 to purchase and install a backup generator for the community’s Emergency Operations Center. Effective upon G&C approval through August 31, 2026. 100% Federal Funds
