Authorize the Division of Learner Support, Bureau of Instructional Support to enter into a sole source contract with Adelaide Services, Inc., Arden, NC, in the amount of $89,745, to support the Migrant Education Programs by providing training and support to the Department on identification and recruitment of eligible children and youth, and servicing students and families. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2023. 100% Federal Funds
