Authorize to amend an existing sole source contract with FACTS Education Solutions, LLC, Lincoln, NE (originally approved by G&C on 8/18/21, Item #104), by increasing the price limitation by $1,029,078.70 from $1,906,951.16 to $2,936,029.86, with no change to the program end date, to continue providing educational programming and services for students to address the academic impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic at nonpublic entities.
