Authorize to enter into a contract with Lewis & Ellis, Overland Park, KS, in an amount not to exceed $123,000, to provide the services of Special Education Actuarial Consult, responsible for providing all school districts with materials to facilitate the formation of a special education cost recovery association under RSA 186:D:2. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2025. 100% Federal Funds
