Authorize the Division of Learner Support, Bureau of Adult Education to enter into a contract with the Nashua Adult Learning Center, Inc., Nashua, NH, in an amount not to exceed $220,819.96, to provide an integrated English literacy and civics education program as defined under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act of 2014. Effective upon G&C approval from July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2026. 90% Federal Funds, 10% General Funds
