Authorize the Office of Highway Safety to enter into a grant agreement with Homeland Security & Emergency Management (HSEM) in the amount of $17,041.97, to provide funding for a HSEM employee to work in an overtime capacity to provide for entry, retrieval, and analysis of highway safety related data. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2023. 100% Federal Funds
