Description
Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to retroactively enter into a sole source contract with the vendors as detailed in the letter dated May 26, 2023, for an amount not to exceed $1,923,959.55, to provide Non-Congregate Sheltering for qualifying individuals in the state during the COVID-19 pandemic. Effective upon G&C approval for a period of March 14, 2020 through June 11, 2021. 100% Federal Funds
