Authorize to enter into a subgrant with the New Hampshire Public Defenders Office, Concord, NH, in an amount not to exceed $50,000, from the US Office of Justice Programs, Bureau of Justice Assistance, Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant Program, for the purpose of supporting a social worker to work with defendants in drug-related cases. Effective upon G&C approval, or July 1, 2023, whichever is later, through June 30, 2024. 100% Federal Funds
