Authorize, with the Department of Agriculture, Markets and Food, to enter in a Memorandum of Understanding, identifying certain human resource management services to be provided by the DAS Division of Personnel-Human Resources Support Unit, in the amount not to exceed $63,222. Effective upon G&C approval for the period of July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2025. 100% Agency Income. (2) Further authorize, with the Department of Business and Economic Affairs, to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding, identifying certain human resource management services to be provided by the DAS Division of Personnel-Human Resources Support Unit, in the amount not to exceed $11,050.50. Effective upon G&C approval for the period of July 1, 2023 through September 30, 2025. 100% General Funds
