Description
Authorize an amendment to an existing contract with Sprague Operating Resources LLC, Portsmouth, NH, to increase the price limitation by $32,244.39 from $1,002,451.71 to $1,034,696.10. The amendment addresses the revised vendor name throughout the current agreement, adds established superfund fees from the Internal Revenue Services for delivery and adds one location to the contract. Effective upon G&C approval through August 31, 2023.
