Description
Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with Westwood Pharmacy, Richmond, VA (originally approved by G&C on 6/21/17, Item #25), for the provision of pharmaceuticals and related pharmacy services for the John H. Sununu Youth Services Center, by increasing the price limitation by $50,000 from $470,000 to $520,000 and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2023 to June 30, 2025. Effective July 1, 2023, upon G&C approval. 100% General Funds
