Description

Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with Youth Village, Inc., Memphis, TN (originally approved by G&C on 6/24/20, Item #13), for the continued provision of LifeSet Program to continue to provide supportive services and life skills education for older youth transitioning out of State foster care and into adulthood, by exercising a contract renewal option by increasing the price limitation by $4,809,240 from $2,219,690 to $7,028,930 and extending the completion date from June 30, 2023 to June 30, 2026. Effective July 1, 2023, upon G&C approval. 100% General Funds
