Authorize to amend an existing contract with New Hampshire Coalition for Citizens with Disabilities d/b/a Parent Information Center, Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6/16/21, Item #29), for Family-to-Family services which support families and caregivers of children with and without special health care needs, by exercising a contract renewal option by increasing the price limitation by $610,000 from $690,000 to $1,300,000, modifying the Scope of Services, and extending the completion date from June 30, 2023 to June 30, 2025. Effective July 1, 2023, upon G&C approval. 60% Federal Funds, 40% General Funds
