Authorize, on behalf of the Governor’s Commission on Alcohol and Other Drugs, to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with Foundation for Healthy Communities, Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 7/13/16, Item #6B), for the continued ability of hospital systems to address substance use disorders across all levels of care for New Hampshire residents experiencing addiction, by increasing the price limitation by $454,107 from $5,949,000 to $6,403,107 and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2023 to June 30, 2024. Effective July 1, 2023, upon G&C approval. 11% Federal Funds, 89% Other Funds (Governor’s Commission)
