Description
Authorize to enter into a cooperative project agreement with the University of New Hampshire, Durham, NH, in the amount of $200,000, for designing and implementing a series of Extensions for Community Healthcare Outcomes training sessions for the peer support workforce across New Hampshire providing services to people experiencing substance use disorders and mental health conditions, with the option to renew for up to four additional years. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2024. 100% Federal Funds
