Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing agreement with the University of New Hampshire, Durham, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6/20/18, Item #26, archived document ), to conduct a study to examine barriers to the sustainability of independent birth centers in New Hampshire, by increasing the price limitation by $30,000 from $2,159,348 to $2,189,348 with no change to the contract completion date of June 30, 2027.
