Description
Authorize to enter into contract with the Contractors as detailed in the letter dated May 11, 2023, in an amount not to exceed $576,000 to provide specialized services to individuals with serious mental illnesses or co-occurring serious mental illness and substance use disorders, who are imminently at risk of, or experiencing homelessness, with the option to renew for up to five additional years. Effective upon G&C approval or July 1, 2023, whichever is later, through June 30, 2025. 100% Federal Funds
