Description

Authorize, on behalf on behalf of the Governor’s Commission on Alcohol and Other Drugs, to enter into a sole source amendments to an existing contracts with the Contractors as detailed in the letter dated May 4, 2023, for the continued provision evidence-informed substance misuse prevention direct services to youth, their parents, and their caregivers, by increasing the total price limitation by $819,327 from $5,128,233 to $5,947,560 and extending the completion date from June 30, 2023 to June 30, 2024. Effective July 1, 2023, upon G&C approval. 3.48% Federal Funds, 96.52% Other Funds (Governor’s Commission)
