Description
Authorize the Bureau of Right-of-Way to sell two parcels of state-owned land, totaling 2.30+/- acres, located on Enterprise Drive in the Town of Windham, to Karen Carberry and/or Nominee for $977,200, which includes the $1,100 administrative fee per parcel.
