Authorize the Bureau of Bridge Design to amend an existing contract with Vanasse Hangen Brustlin, Inc., Bedford, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6/30/21), for General Sullivan Bridge superstructure replacement between the Town of Newington and the City of Dover, by increasing the total fee by $110,059.73 from $1,775,470 to $1,885,529.73. Effective upon G&C approval. No additional time is required. 100% Turnpike Funds
