Description
Authorize the Bureau of Bridge Maintenance to enter into a sole source contract amendment with Capital Alarm Systems, LLC, Penacook, NH (originally approved by G&C on 9/23/20, Item #30), to increase the total amount payable by $14,000 from $30,000 to $44,000, to complete needed upgrades to two existing fire alarm systems on NHDOT maintained covered bridges, by increasing the maximum allowable dollar value of the existing service contract. (2) Further authorize to change the contract completion date from June 30, 2023 to August 4, 2023. Effective upon G&C approval.
