Authorize to exercise a renewal option with Dennis K. Burke, Inc., Taunton, MA (originally approved by the Commissioner on 12/1/22), for supply and delivery of bulk quantities of biodiesel, diesel, and gasoline by increasing the price limitation by $23,972,022.51 from $35,804,575.50 to an amount up to and not to exceed $59,776,598.01 and exercise the option to extend the contract for two years. Effective upon G&C approval from December 1, 2025 through November 30, 2027.
