Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with Sovereign Sportsman Solutions, Inc., Nashville, TN (originally approved by G&C on 5/15/19, Item #55), by increasing the price limitation by $74,305 from $110,000 to $184,305, with no change to the contract completion date, for upgrades to an Event Management and Online OHRV Registration Sales system and the creation of a Law Enforcement Criminal Background Check module.
