Authorize to enter into a retroactive sole source contract with Appriss Insights LLC, Louisville, KY, in an amount not to exceed $82,951.05, for the purpose of maintaining and supporting the Victim Information and Notification Everyday program, with the option to renew for an additional 12-month period. Effective upon G&C approval for the period of September 1, 2022 through August 31, 2023. 100% Federal Funds
