Description
Authorize, on behalf of State Agencies, to amend the accept and expend of American Rescue Plan Act State Fiscal Recovery Funds, for the previously approved Recruitment Incentive Program for the Department of Safety and Department of Corrections, by extending the end date for funding, from June 30, 2023 to June 30, 2024. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on June 23, 2023.
