Description
Authorize to enter into a sole source Cooperative Project Agreement with the University of New Hampshire Institute for Health Policy and Practice, Durham, NH, in the amount not to exceed $38,000, to provide facilitation services so the State Employee and Retiree Health Benefit Plan, as a member of the New Hampshire Purchasers Group on Health, can evaluate local and national trends in value-based purchasing including health care cost containment strategies, employer coalition initiatives, and contracting strategies. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2025. 44% General Funds, 21% Federal Funds, 3% Enterprise Funds, 14% Highway Funds, 1% Turnpike Funds, 17% Other Funds
