Description
Authorize the Division of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into a contract with Careno Construction Company LLC, Portsmouth, NH, for a total price not to exceed $1,197,950, for ARPA Fire Tower Facilities Upgrades (Belknap/Cardigan) REBID - Statewide. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $60,000 for unanticipated expenses, bringing the total to $1,257,950. (3) Further authorize a payment of $26,340 to the Department of Administrative Services, Division of Public Works Design and Construction, for engineering services provided, bringing the total amount to $1,292,950. Effective upon G&C approval through November 17, 2023. 100% Federal Funds
